In House Service Request Guarantee

Hi-Tech Windows & Siding guarantees it will maintain a service center from which our service technicians will be dispatched to our customer's residence to perform a service request.

It is Hi-Tech's intent to perform all service request within a maximum of seven (7) working days upon written receipt of request. The exception is if a part has to be ordered, or if the service is a manufacturing defect at which time Hi-Tech will notify the manufacturer and they will dispatch their service technician.
