Contractor Must Meet the Following General Conditions

1. Contractor must be licensed and have an established office
   (working out of vehicle does not qualify)
2. Contractor must be fully insured with:
   A. $500,000.00 Public Liability
   B. Workman's Compensation
3. Contractor must submit exact specifications on materials and corresponding warranties, including manufacturers' names and fact sheets on insulating "R" values. Contractor must also submit other written guarantees equal to Hi-Tech's written Guarantees.
4. Materials must have equal warranties and must be in writing.
5. Materials must be the same Seamless Vinyl Siding, Hi-Tech Vinyl Replacement Window, Vinyl Decking or Patio Room.
6. Contractor must specify in writing as to the extent of work to be performed.
7. Contractor must make offer in writing.
8. Contractor must be experienced Vinyl Siding or Window Craftsmen.
9. Homeowner must give Hi-Tech the opportunity to match competitors' price, plus the 10% discount, if competitor offers same products and guarantees at a lower price.
