This pledges a reduction of at least 30% of fuel consumption
for heating this residence at the address shown hereon during
the 12 month period beginning with the date of this pledge.
In the event the reduction of fuel consumption is less than
30% of the previous 12 months fuel consumption, the homeowner
should notify Hi-Tech Window & Siding, Inc.
who will provide the homeowner with the forms necessary
to verify fuel consumption. If fuel consumption is reduced
by less than 30% of the previous 12 months fuel consumption,
the homeowner will be reimbursed the difference between
the actual cost of fuel consumed and the 30% reduction in
cost for the previous 12 months. Notwithstanding anything
herein to the contrary, it is hereby agreed and understood
that this pledge is only effective when the homeowner, located
at the address shown hereon, has purchased a complete installation
of replacement windows, with Low-E Glass and Argon Gas,
and is effective on the dates shown.
This Pledge Is Based On Fuel Consumption, Not Cost.
It is Subject To The Following Provisions.
- This pledge covers only the purchase of Hi-Tech Weathertamer
replacement windows.
- Complete installation of replacement windows is defined
as all windows on this residence except basement, attic,
and porch.
- All windows must be 7/8" double glazed Hi-Tech
replacement windows with Low-E glass and Argon Gas filled.
- This pledge covers only single and two family dwellings.
- Maximum payment under this pledge is $300.
- Claims under this pledge must be filled in writing with
supporting evidence within 30 days after expiration of
this pledge with Hi-Tech Window & Siding,
Inc.
- Homeowners must properly maintain heating system.
- Proper allowance for abnormal weather conditions shall
be made in adjusting a claim.
- Reimbursement at rates for the units of fuel consumed
prevailing at time of window purchase.
